This product was produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or inspection and that may also process common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, fish, and crustacean shellfish. This product is not intended for resale.
  1. Allergen Warning

    All Modern Artisanat food items may contain or come into contact with common allergens including nuts, dairy, wheat, soy, eggs and seafood. Customers with severe food allergies purchase at their own risk. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free production environment.
  2. Health & Nutrition Disclaimer

    Our food products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. All nutrition values displayed on product pages are approximate. Please refer to physical product packaging for official nutritional information. Consult a medical professional before consumption if you have special dietary restrictions, pregnancy or chronic illness.
  3. Sales Tax & Colorado Delivery Fee Notice

    We collect mandatory state sales tax for all orders shipped to Colorado addresses, plus the $0.27 per-order retail delivery fee required by Colorado SB23-143. All taxes and fees are fully displayed at checkout before payment submission.
  4. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

    This online store is hosted on Shopify. Modern Artisanat operates as an independent merchant and has no official affiliation with Shopify Inc. All food sales, product quality, refund and shipping issues are solely the responsibility of Modern Artisanat not Shopify.
  5. Dispute Resolution Rules

    All legal disputes arising from customer orders shall be governed by Colorado state law. Both parties shall complete mediation first before filing formal litigation in Colorado local courts.
  6. Choking Hazard Warning

    Some food items contain small hard fragments that pose choking risks for children under 3 years old. Adult supervision is required whenever minors consume Modern Artisanat food products.
